Keep Deryeon in the coaching spot alongside elevated seems to be good for flow of ideas
Ideally be running neon most maps for Patrick's comfortability
In scrims focus a lot of exectues and with their game plans focus on how they can get both Patrick and Udo into better positions to win out rounds for them
Get these boys hanging out together a lot more in low pressure situations to bond together more
Maybe swap over to Kr1stal IGL or talk to kellyS and have him breathe a little and have him understand he needs to focus on the next rounds
Get these boy comming a lot more

and hopefully the improvements seen will be quick

maybe this year they will fail ge needs to just stick with this roster and give them time don't change the roster every year

I never said change up the roster but not using Patrick's neon and bringing deryon in is a crime when he has the ability to help out elevated more

This roster has zero chemistry with each other no point sticking with them .
Udotan doesn't speak for whole maps bcz he doesn't know english, Patrick Udo were clearly disrespecting Kellys calling nd doing whatever they wanted.
I observed all this from voice comm video they put out yesterday from DRX game.
Elevated was using timeouts to motivate them instead of calling strats.
Truth is putting 6-7 people who have never played together nd come from different cultures never work nd that's what GE suffers from.
They need to choose more vibrant hyped players , preferably who have played with each other a lot nd you will see the difference in result next year.
They have to stop being seen as a team where players try nd shine individually to go to better team next year nd have to bring players who treat GE as ultimate team of theirs nd play with passion to win not give up after 1 month.
