DRX Problem: 2020-2023 vs. 2025

The 2020-2023 DRX was a team that played with good trading, had solid strats, and an IGL who read opponents well. Their utility usage was great, but their aim was weaker compared to other top teams.

Now, the 2025 DRX has strong aim—everyone is mechanically skilled (except Beyn, who's a bit weaker). However, their teamplay is bad. They play individual games, peeking one by one, and Mako keeps misreading the opponent.

Look at T1: they don’t have the same firepower as DRX, but their teamplay is really good.

20-23 drx was just as bad when it comes to igling. It's not a matter of igl but a matter of philosophy on how to play the game and that comes from the person with the most power on the team. Granted it's gotten atleast ten times better this split compared to the past 4 years or so but it instead made them terrible on defense. It might be a byproduct of using double duelists but idk.

Ehh i don't wann say it. But mako aim isn't up there with free1ng hyunmin & flashback.
