Why is emea so bad?

Emea ranked is so bad for a lot of reason's:

Emea pros have to grind the hardest to get on of the tier 1 tournament slots. So they cant play ranked.
A lot of players don't speak english, especially turks and russians. So other players get toxic of that.
Some countrys are really toxic.
U are forced to play against 40ms pings which is really hard to play.

i saw some battles he took, which he normally wins with his ping.
He have to adjust his playstyle for offline a little bit.

btw: Some pros told me why acend online is so dangerous.
acend is so dangerous because the players have completely different pings. a cned, for example, has to be peeked in a completely different way than the others. that's why you even have to call online how you want to play the respective ping.
