When players are together for too long

I have noticed a pattern where if all the members of team are same for too long (more than 1.5 years), they tremendously fall off (no shit Sherlock).
Look I get it, hecking synergy, hype, tiktok, fanbase, boujee, and all that good stuff makes change in composition harder. But its objective fact that its way easier to anti strat a team that has been the same for years

FNC is also a good example I think. They have missed tons of lans and getting grouped fairly early

The only time they've been grouped was when they played with 2 subs at reykjavik iirc
