Gotaga is ok(M8 owner) , Loupiote too, Zerator (more multigaming), I don't actually look at french twitch, but those are the names that come back to my mind the easier, Skyart is good too, but he is speaking (apparently)
you might like wankil, they are decently big streamers who try to re introduce CS in france but they mostly do a bunch of other stuff, they're pretty cool and entertaining
