Personally I think you're reading into the Tweet too much, I doubt they would kick both their support players and coach all at once.
I think their are better solutions that changing the roster for Sens, they are a very strong team. I've seen rumours that they do not practice and scrim as much as the other teams, I think this is the most obvious problem going on for them as the team does not seem to have the same chemistry they had at Iceland. TenZ, Sick, and Shazam stream constantly, I think they need to take more time to practice as a team and spend less time streaming if they want to win.
I could maybe see them replacing Rawkus for a more experienced coach, or at least someone who can make them show up to practice.
