What is the point of the clove nerfs?

I can understand the nerfs they did to the meddle and the C, but smoke regen @ 40 seconds seems like Way too much, right? They could've put it at 30 like on omen and Clove would've been fine to play albeit weaker which is what riot wants but 40?

because shes good in ranked, but the change didnt affect her in ranked, just slightly made her worse in pro play when she already is barely viable

this change legit kills her in ranked and pro play, the C is so ass now and thats what truly made her op in ranked cuz u became neon speed + got healed for a decent amount of time, now u can barely take one fight before the speed boost expires

I agree. 50 iq reyna players pick her and dont buy the 2nd smoke in pistol rounds and you have to hit a site with a ct chokepoint open

nah they're fun to play and I honestly havent seen many clove players troll in my games w/ smokes since release

Weren’t the smokes originally at 30 seconds? Also cloves wr was like 5% higher than omen in ranked not even accounting for nmwr, so clearly needed some changes.

oh yeah you're right I forgot, but still I think the changes to the meddle and c are fine by themselves and the smoke regen just gets rid of any reason to play them
