Not an adblocker but I use Brave as a browser and it is good for Twitch.
still gets ads sometimes 💔
I use brave all the time and get long ads but maybe it's even worse for chrome users so idk
Use the custom script for ublock just google and follow the steps in the github page
search "twitchadsolutions" and you'll find the github. follow the tutorial and you'll be jumping for joy
