You mark at a certain range on the map and he dashes at it tho not much distance
it def is an instant dash because riot loves to make shit overpowered
instant dash like tracer blink from ow
it slows down time irl for the enemy team
it seems that way from the video of yesterday but tbh I have no idea how that would work on a server
i assume it just slows fire, movement, reload speed etc, but slowing irl time would be funny
something like that would be the most tilting ability to die from
I think it can phase through while dashing like Reyna dismiss + Jett dash
