patitek should go back to tier 2

not only does he have shit mechanics for tier 1 level
but he also has shittiest util ever, doesnt igl
he almost threw the sen game yesterday by shift walking into enemy crosshairs with 2 flasehs and molly which couldve helped with postplant a lot
the only decent maps he had in terms of util was lotus against g2 and bind vs sen and thats it, he doesnt help setup kamo at all and just goes for braindead hero plays
