Brazilian Slot Why 3 piece?

Let our Brazilian friends not misunderstand, but I don't understand why game companies give such a right to brazilian teams.Which game has Brazil achieved so far that it can get as many invitations as the European continent with 66 countries. Why can't a Russian team or a Turkish or countries like Australia and Oceania evaluate 2 of these 3 invitations? Why in EMEA African, European and West Asian countries get 4 slot rights, while the only country Brazil gets 3 slots. Anyone have a logical explanation for this? Game companies need to increase the quality of the tournament, not target the Brazilian audience that spends their money on games.

1 is from winning LATAM LCQ.
So only 2 are given to Brazil in particular, and I think they deserve it more than Oceania or CIS.

Gambit is the only good team in CIS, Brazil has been solid for the entire game's lifespan. Their teams were also looking surprisingly good (imo) this tournament

Navi or Suppermasive Blaze is no worse than this Vivo Keyd. There are so many regions and teams that I can't name, why doesn't brazil come from latin america slot but it has its own special slot? No other country has such a special slot.

Man, actually Brazil has only 2 spot and earned the third against LATAM.

I think maybe the possible third slot is not necessary, but two are good, being proportional with population and viewership.
