A team from whatever country playing in whatever league will often have their worst player be the sole representative of whatever country the org is from or league they play in
(Examples can be novo or Joblife)
I don’t know if this is a result of import rules or appealing to a fanbase but I believe the root cause is the lack of a well functioning eastern / cis league, where the talent has to go elsewhere
