Because you aren't doing amazing, you can't rely on just doing your part in ranked, there are way too many variables if you wanna consistently rank up.
Look at radiant players, they go against other radiant players but the only ones that actually get up high on the leaderboards are the ones that do well every match, because no matter how high rank your team is ppl will have off days.
There's a massive difference between a winner and everyone else just getting by
