2. Economy problems
3. Lot of tier 2 teams contract jail players
4. Teams have less coach staff(some teams have one coach)
5. Didn't even try to adapt new meta and stuff
6. Because of less good players from each countries, language barriers
7. Main reason - don't com in rank matches
