VCT Kickoff Schedule Differences

With the three VCT regions, APAC, EMEA, and NA having such a long ass dates spanning to around 10 days before the kickoff international, doesn't CN representatives just have a much better edge in terms of preparation? Why do you think the other three decided with the current schedule?
