This varies from the region of the country. Shazam's tweet can be interpreted in many ways, some find it a joke, others an insult... that happens to everything, not just him.
Not now Zombs, he literally just insulted...it's all a matter of interpretation, which is quite tricky because languages and ways of communicating change so much that simple things like a joke are divergent
Yea ik, she was trying to say that most Brazilians in general don't like to joke around so that's why it was seen as negative by many.
