Why does valorant not have a top 20 list?

So many other esports, especially cs, have an award show or list made of the best players of the year, so why does Valorant not? I feel like it wouldn't be too hard to make based on all the available statistics and most people would want it, and doesn't seem like too many people would be against it.

I feel like vlr admins are lazy, it cant be that hard to make up a top20 list if you are watching the year and can look at a few numbers

100%, it wouldnt even be too difficult either. If they just set up a format for a community voted top 20 even (which imo would be worse than a straight up vlr mods top 20) that would be satisfactory

APAC has an official top 20 players list by VALO2ASIA (voted on by different pacific casters/analysts) here but that's it i think

no one will agree on a list anyways because there are so many different metrics and impacts that can't be measured in a number
