CHANGES FOR VYSE (IMO)

Razorvine (molly) ;- Decrease To 8secs becoz u cant push thru a chokepoint once the time is low
Shear (wall):- Controllable activation (still detects enemies tho)
arc Rose (flash) ;- no changes
ULT steel garden ;- does -50 damage (pretty underwhelming ult if cant catch the enemies in time )
keep in mind these changes are for single senti if u pair vyse with cypher or deadlock its absolutely cracked

Those changes are water bruh, as a vyse main, vyse is perfectly balanced, I would only buff the vertical height thing on molly but still, vyse is fine
