Is EMEA just T2 region now?

I've been out of the loop. I don't recognise alot of names, and see alot of imports.

Are all these guys prodigies, or is our region cooked?

yeah yall imported a bunch of NA talent yall are cooked

consider that new russian talent would rather learn chinese 😹 or fly to pacific than play in emea
either is the fault of teams being shortsighted or players noping out but either way very bad for emea
