Not really. All NA teams can still win whole thing and even team like VS could still win it. Gambit lost their group game against 100T and still ended up winning. EMEA looking strongest, but its not lost for NA by any mean.

Facts, cis isn’t eu in any other game, but you can’t say that on this forum LMAO
If it was CSGO / Dota / LoL, no, since there are different "paths" to big events (dota major, ti, msi, worlds, csgo major) for EU and CIS teams
But in Valo / Apex / R6 / RL, CIS play in same quals as EU
