This is what happened to VK

I've heard that the ruling for bug exploits are as following :
if you win an x amount of rounds AND you use the exploit (even if the exploit has no impact to the round) the x amount of win will be rewarded to the opposing side.
if you lose an x amount of rounds AND you use the exploit then nothing changes

VK uses the bug for 6 rounds and win 4
The score was originally 13-8 but VK loses 4 rounds and ACE gets 4
(13-4) - (8+4) = 8 - 12

now the question is how does it became 13 - 8 for ascend? they got it from accumulation economic, and the results unfortunately favors ACE

Well it's kinda legit till the 12th round....imo they could just restart the match with 12-8 as the scoreline but ig that would be too much of a hassle so they counted the eco loss that VK would face. Not a great decision by Riot ngl but using that camera was pretty bad too😬

Well if the economic disparity clause was a part of the rules of forefeit ig then Riot's right but if it wasn't imo they should have started with 12-9

must've given a map loss to VK just like vgia cuz if they replayed the game 12-8 it wouldn't be fair

VGIA got that map loss because they were the one's to use it for the first time in a competitive environment and were given the benefit of doubt.
X10 used it after VGIA and the match was forefeited in the favour of the opposing team

riot too blind to notice that...but what wouldve happened if riot noticed it and paused the match, im sure they wouldnt have replayed it cuz that would be too lenient for a team that is using a bug which has already been used twice and the teams who used it were punished as well. well it happened unfortunately and i hope VK qualify to playoffs by beating acNed thru lowers

They can't stop a match for a cam bug exploit as the Tech Pause would have taken an hour or 2 to review. This was a pretty serious one

it's because they are on the lead,
even if it's 8-9 that's the end of the score and they have to complete winning team to13
