1 tier 2 is gonna die
it doesn't make any sense how are we supposed to find new young talent if a tier 2 system doesn't exist, does riot think tier1 orgs should just pick the top 20 ranked players and hope for the best. It would makes sense if they don't wanna be in esport anymore but if they don't wanna be in esport they would get rid of the vct leauge altogether. academy team they say but they love to mistreat tier2. they just can't help themselves🤮🤮, and if they disregard tier2 who says they're not going to disregard academy teams, I dont trust rito. if they just gave tier2 good prizes and support then we wouldn't be here in the first place !!

the comments on vernos introduction video made me confused😭 i don't understand them, are ppl not allowed to be reserved anymore. do they want verno to twerk and sing in the video, I never liked that expectation that esport players need to be influencers/ content creators what's wrong with just playing the game and then going back home. they don't get paid enough to be a clown on twitch after the tournaments. I know you guys will say "they need to market themselves!!" but I think players can be famous for simply being good at the game like zen in rocket leauge and donk in csgo.
3 players don't need to love each other
in regular sport players hate each other but still play the game, how come in esport they get coddled so much, ppl in regular 9-5 have to work with ppl they hate all the time so why can't esport players do that too🤣. for some reason they think players need to be best friends with each other, it's reinforced with coaching staff that say "our players are like brothers uwu" and fans saying "omg heretics are like family"
100t old roster gave me the vibes that they don't like each other and that's okay!, they don't need to love each other to play good.
4 esport orgs needs to cater to fangirls more
I want stickers of verno on my phone make it happen, its so easy too, I've seen other fanartist doing keychains for overwatch players, it's so cute 😍 there's clearly a market for it so why not sell in their official store for 15 dollars or 25 idk.
they can make sticker sheet, they can sell like 5 keychains of all the players, they can make a tote bag,
