It’s a different culture. Perhaps what a Brazilian might take lightly is different from someone in NA or SEA. Also just because you haven’t seen any doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

Please stop trying to justify death threats. Saying that I'll kill you is never appropriate unless you are close friends and understand each other. It's precisely because of such death threats people view Brazil as a toxic region. Saying I'll kill you is also not a culture since it's not originated from there but only frequently used there. People are impacted by death threats and should never be viewed lightly

The fault it´s from riot, so insult the players for riot´s decission are dumb. Death threats are never funny or cultural, lower the level of unhealthy fanaticism, cuz affect opposing players, as well as those you support, and affect the image of your region.
