There have been TWO previous competitive rulings on this cam that are pretty big news, and its pretty clear that its a glitch.
Yes, riot should have fixed it, but VK should not have used it. They knew it was an exploit and still used it.
I do think the last round should be replayed, so VK still have a chance. It's possible they didn't notify VK during the event because they didn't clearly see/notice the cam.

FAIR? Look in minimap SEN camera position, SAME POSITION!
This round cypher rotated so he didn't used camera in his favor but still the SAME!

A minimap picture isnt conclusive. The camera could just be on the wall below, we need a actual picture from a player

looking through the cam to see nothing provides just as much illegitimate info as seeing someone through it

Fisker used same jump into Haven C still not paused..
SEN camera is same pixel but spectator didn't showed it that's why they didn't got penalized.

Riot needs to look at the replay to see if its actually the glitch cam. It could be lower down on the wall and not glitched. Also, even if that round is treated in the same way as the VK rounds it doesn't change anything, Furia still wins.

I do think it was fair, besides doubting on riot's effort to make clear to every player which glitches are forbidden or not.

HOWEVER, riot REALLY NEEDS to decide how they will punish exploits prior to them happening, and use the same criteria to everyone.

The sequence

Fisker exploiting jump -> nothing happens
Xand exploiting jump -> 20min pause
Jhow exploiting camera -> no pause but then map forfeit

is a complete joke and shows the giant failure on their default procedure (if there is any).

X10 exploiting camera bug -> forfeit map
VGIA exploiting camera bug -> forfeit map
VK exploiting camera bug -> forfeit map

the only questionable part is IF dapr used the same camera, they need to be punished equally. unless we see an actual spectator view of that camera there is no substantial proof though

i'm saying this exploit was consistently punished throughout the VCT circuit.

the jumping issue is a different problem entirely, the problem is clearly a specific admin that thought he identified a bug when there wasn't one.
