the concept in itself is kinda cool actually but the bo1s are just useless, it just means more matches i guess but they could’ve invited more teams if possible

which is why the games were bo1 most likely, just some games for fun and it showed, was pretty hype

Yeah kinda pointless, but it's an off-season mixed tournament so games are just for funsies really so I don't mind the extra games. If they had gone for elimination matches today we only would've had 3 matches in the entire tournament

tbf if they had done 4 Bo3 matches today it would've ended at like 2 a.m. there, and I imagine they just wanted this little tournament to be a one weekend type of thing. Plus it's just for seeding, doing Bo3 matches for seeding games seems kinda unecessary

They invited more teams but they refused, idk the reasons for the rest of Americas teams but KRÜ was invited and refused for example.
So they only got 4 mixed teams in total and had to work with that.
