Okay so 25 hp armor with 50hp reserve shield. Is it legit 175hp total , but with shield being 25 hp max?? Also what's ur thoughts on regen shield meta

technically 125 hp max, but if u break the shield but dont kill the guy the reserve shield comes in to replace the shield. outlaw probably used a lot more so maybe not that great
i don't think it will change the meta that much , but ig u will have slight advantages and disadvantages here and there
Yeah, like half shield is so good riot released outlaw to counter it. With regen shield, teams will have to play mind games on when to buy it. Teams are currently doing it too with half shield tho even if they have enough money for full shield
im guessing this will be really good for duelists who take aggressive fights and can get away.
Good on anti ecos since ur enemies all have pistols and it is almost impossible to deal great damage to them
Maybe Guardian + regen shield on anti eco meta?

Ig its more like , u don't have enough money to buy full shields or want to save eco by buying lighter shields but light shields could be super weak.

Useless, only meta that's gonna come out of this is chamber/Jett aggro awping
with it's price i don't really see when you'd buy it honestly; too expensive on round 2, too expensive on ecos, you buy full shield on bonus. I guess there's a small window for it if you force an eco or you're on a half buy, but it might just make the outlaw better than it already is
edit: there's a world where you can just slam it on pistol and it's goated but it means you only have a classic, which kinda sucks considering the hard nerf it's just got
I think its just more like middle ground for light and heavy shields.
You don't have money for full armor or you wanna be economical but light shields is too weak depending on fights u take ig.
Also on pistol , letting ur duelists buy utility + regen shield and giving them sheriff/ghost sounds OP to me. Like imagine a fucking reyna+iso with regen shield and sheriff/ghost.
the pistol thing could be kinda toxic yeah, but with the classic nerf you might want most players to have either a better gun or a bit of util so idk, might be better in ranked tbh (like buying it to your clove and letting her play ghost+regen might be very strong but it won't work in pro)
