Actually the Guy layed on the floor is named Vampeta, he was a professional soccer player in Brazil and one time a Guy was racist towards Brazilian comunity in twitter for whatever reason and Brazil trolled him hard by spamming the pictures of Naked Vampeta until the Guy actually blocked his own account.

This troll event was called "Vampetaço", or for outsiders "Vampeting", and is an well trolled know meme by major internet people in Brazil.
