from what I understood , the co-founder (Prime? a french guy) of KC have stolen and cheat his way on the financial side of the company for years.
and Kameto (major owner and co-founder) had to use lawyers and court to handle him ?
but not sure if this thing is new or there is new thing about it.

Kameto got screwed by his cofounder friend Prime (took KC money to pay his Colombian escorts and used KC to steal money for his own society )
Kameto had to put 700k to save the club by buying back some of his shares ( because it could have created problems with Riot for entry into the LEC/VCT)
but Prime is still a "minority shareholder" and has been holding back the club for 2 years so everyone wants him out
