using the wayback machine to browse some really old Internet forums and the difference from back then to today is genuinely insane. 2010-2014 was just filled with the most innocent fuckers ever. everyone was so kind to each other, no baiting, no trolling, no ironic shit, just people wanting to be as nice as possible. everything before that was just pure normalized racism but 2010-2015 was like candyland. the only thought in my mind when I was going through these forums were how badly I could fuck around with these sweetie pies, it’s ridiculous how kind they were
