Are you more of a sightseer or a nature enjoyer? The thing is every tourist destination is crowded AF in HK, so if you want more of a relaxed holiday, I suggest going to Lamma island -- perfect place for a hike or kayaking on the beach. If you really want to go to tourist attractions though, you should definitely visit the peak, especially taking the cable car, and also go to Victoria harbor for a great view.
