i was just curious about this, but im not too familiar with JP orgs so i thought id ask those who are:

can zeta even afford to put an offer on the table for aspas? im sure if its a decent amount he would consider it. they could have a roster that would look something like this:

aspas
dep
sugarz3ro
CLZ? (idk i keep seeing his name on the spreadsheets)
SyouTa

and carlao as coach ig but i would prefer someone from pacific so maybe a korean coach or vorz if he's on the market

i mean looking at when he was on LEV he kind of just was told to go and kill. feels like he's been learning japanese for a while too

as with learning all skills and languages, you can sink a lot of time into something with less result than you expect. especially with japanese, though maybe it seems that way because there's a larger sample size for me. especially if you haven't gone out of your way to learn a skill before. i'm not exactly sure how long aspas has been learning but i'd be surprised if he was even able to find a good amount of time in his day to learn something because i heard pro players can spend a lot of time in scrims/ranked and surely you would be exhausted by the end of it. at least for me

Aspas to zeta rumours are borderline bullshit , who even spread this rumour in the first place? Terrible way to start my morning lol.
He can't comm in japanese, and no , changing your Game audio to japanese doesn't mean you can speak japanese.

If they're going to import aspas don't get syouta in pls, stop wasting another player's career like hiroronn's.

but they should get syouta anyway no? i understand the criticism of the aspas move, i honestly don't see it happening from a financial perspective anyway, its just a what if situation. they don't have a ton of amazing options regarding proven duelists tho

Syouta's strength comes from playing duelist, changing him to purely sentinels means we're not optimizing syouta's advantages.

Are we going to let syouta suffer the same fate as hiroronn? Being handed the wrong roles outside his expertise for 1 year only to be discarded by zeta like nothing?

They don't just need a proven duelist, they need a proven duelist who can comm and shoot. Syouta and absol can do that.

But you're right aspas probably has a too high price tag on his back

oh so he is like TE kai or 2G silentzz with the duelist/sentinel. i feel like those players have really high intrinsic value rn because of role overlap

Syouta was never a sentinel main, prior to mainly playing duelist he was a controller main, meaning he will overlap with sugarzero. But I do agree putting syouta on sentinel role seems promising but I prefer zeta chooses a proper sentinel player , I can't trust carlao telling players to switch roles after what they did to hiroronn lmao.

idk who started, i only pointed Aspas follows Zeta on IG. which don't make sense for me.
