I was there too, it's not great, the region was being ridiculed left and right by everyone. " 2koreans>>> 5 Japanese " insult was very common at the time, I went through it all as well. But I never gave up on this region and so should everyone else especially VCJ fans

Tbh Riot choosing DFM made sense since they've been existing the longest meaning they are the more established compared to all. Orgs like Sengoku and Riddle are still new compared to DFM so Riot probably had no faith in their stability(probably). The problem is DFM has no clout and they think this is LJL lol

yeah but why DFM over CR when CR is literally the most clouted and stable org they could select. They have also done so much for the scene through their CR cups by bringing views and attention through famous streamers.

What the actual fk happened during the franchise selection process remains a huge mystery that I still can't get over
