that's the date after which teams can announce roster moves
Rob Moore (CEO of SEN) said that on October 7th teams will be able to announce new signing of players that played on other VCT teams last season
Makes me wonder if sen can still show up to redbull homeground with their 2025 roster. They just don't announce it before..
