Why do Indians still want Lightningfast?

Guy is one of the worst player in Pacific tier 1 istg.
He has a worse agent pool than Jinggg with a wayyy worse aim than that of Jinggg.
It was okay few years back when we didn't have anyone better but we literally have guys in ranked better than this fella let alone tier 2. This guy is actually tier 3, would get smacked in the ass by almost every ascensions players. What is this fetish.
