The facts are:

• Bob says she has been with katsumi for 2 years on and off and kat cheated on her and even on keznit
• kat is now in a relationship with keznit and says she never cheated .
• the pic they posted is at least 2 months old but keznit says they've been in a relationship for 2 weeks.

My deductions:

• The relationship between bob and kat was blurry and rocky and on and off which led to kat hooking up with people while Bob thinks they're together so she assumed she cheated.
• Kat started hooking up with keznit like 3 months ago approximately looking at the photo, but from that time Kat been with someone else who is the one Bob said Kat cheated on keznit with.
• Kat and Keznit have been official for 2 weeks and she hasn't cheated or anything since then.

Judgment:

• Kat is probably not as bad as Bob thinks but still she should have made things clear and set the lines.
• Bob should have never let anyone do what Kat did and drag her like that or even give her the opportunity to play around.
• Keznit probably innocent in all of this
