that is with every sport. its easy to become overwhelmed at first. if you are starting I will advise you to go to hltv and click on the star button in today's matches so the important matches are highlighted, start with that. There's no need to cover every event/team because you can't keep up with this shit as their esport started from 2001 i believe. Just keep watching matches randomly from the tip I told and in ~1 month you'll be good to go. Also keep messing around the website and everyday you'll witness something new. Follow a page or two on twitter to keep up with banter/memes/updates.
