By that time your 24-25 years so not possible to be a pro.

Its definitely much harder to attempt going pro in India, job security is vital in a nation with such low per capita income, and esports investment early on is not feasible for many, as PC, Wi-Fi and the time to use them just to train Aim and FPS knowledge is highly inaccessible

however, it is still possible, just need more incentive programs for people who showcase talent in India
