i'm probably a little stupid but the "all duelist getting changes" part was primarily that patch that had iso and neon gigabuffed right?

Bro they got buffed and nerfed already , it was the patch played in seasonal stage 2 playoffs , so u assume people in vct just started using neon without it being buffed cause they wanna get some practice or what?

when they nerfed raze and buffed neon they said they had more changes coming but they wanted to wait till after champs, i didnt see the whole video on it but I didnt know if they gave a month or not, but they specfically said all duelist would be gettin some nerf or buff lol
