If you have a initiator like Breach or Fade, who is duo with you, and you know how to use Neon.

Coming from an Immortal 3, She isn't that broken at all. Legit same health as all of the others. One shot to the head from a vandal will do it.
no don't fucking nerf neon bruh, stuns are kinda hard to hit, wall ain't allat, only slides are good and in ranked you get no util with them and its useless
She's not bad in ranked, Pro seems like hell though with good util and comms with a neon who knows what they are doing. I mean KK and EDG used and prove this point fully.
It's so good if u know how and when to use it; everytime kk uses it the round is won
nah it's not allat, you just need insane tracking, a breach stun and a flash, and its easy 2k
you're not gonna get any of that in ranked though
