i recently enabled the stats and my packet loss jumps to 50% for a sec and drops all the way down every few secs, i got a powerline ethernet setup and i don't think this is a problem in other games. for some people the packet loss is mostly cosmetic and doesn't actually affect their game but it does affect mine (tps me somewhere i was previously).

Is the issue only happening in Valorant? I had a similar issue where my ping was great but would get inconsistent packet spikes and it turns out my router and/or my coax cable lineup was beat up inside the wall at my apartment.

I don't play other games so I'm not sure, but I think in Valorant it would be only noticeable as network is real important, in games like overwatch you could get away with little spikes as you don't need to get a headshot

This issue's been for many people the past few weeks actually. Nadeshot kinda rage quit as well due to this shit. I don't have any problem in game but it always shows that network issue logo for me on the top right

Valorant buggy game and riot won't listen
The game is filled with bugs and is not optimized.
Its been four years no replay system. That should be enough to tell the developers suck.
Even tenz complains how the fps trashy even with high end PCs they provide in LANs.

Reporting performance issues to support don't work either. They tell you unistall reinstall/add valorant as exception in windows firewall crap. Meanwhile in reddit you can see in valorant support reddit people are complaining about the same stuff constantly.

generally if its older than 5 years then its really, really likely the powerline adaptor showing its age

otherwise, could be bad wiring in your house or the wiring in your house is getting pretty old

you can order a cheap long ethernet cable to test, if it works fine then its probably something to do with that adaptor
