Fpx-- A very well rounded team with zyppan as their duelist. They are by far the most consistent team in EU (Failing multiple times in semifinals).
They are known for their flexibility by reinvitingthemselves every single tourney.
They keep changing heir comps and adapting to the meta very qucikly, which makes their playstyle very unpredictable.
Their map pool is huge(4).
They have a very good IGL in the form of ange1 who actually has very good and consistent mid round calling.
Their only only problem so far has been teams like ascend which have have some calculated aggression.
They really don't have a a winning condition that depends on one person, which is their reason behind their incredible consistency.
Only arguement by far against them is that they depend wayyy too much on attacking rounds. Their defense is still questionable but is good enough to take them across their line.
They have unique ability to pressure different parts of the map and draw rotations, consistently.
Dimasick and shadow step it up and win their team huge rounds whenever they need it.
They rarely use the operator as a part of their gameplan, which is not really a problem but something which will always be prominent in the game... atleast i think so.
Gambit-- They are the best CIS team by far. Very stagnant comps is the first thing that comes to mind. They have not tried anything with astra so far.
They really have insane firepower in sheydos and deffo. Deffo is the jett who has insane oping skills consistently finding impact frags all over the place.
Only redgar, their igl/controller player has been kind of underwhelming in terms of rifling but others make up for it.
But whatever comp they play they seem to have a very good idea of what they are doing and are well aware. Their lack of comp changes really is what is doing to affect them.
Not seeing anything new is kind of their only problem, given how the balance keeps changing.
Guild-- Team known for being very inconsistent finally finding their footing in the game.
Surprised everyone with the yoru pick on haven, which i still think is kind of bad as many would say, i still think(hope) it's a one time thing to throw off their opponent, since if u win the first game of the groups, they now have one more week to prepare.
What looked like a team which team depended on yacine to entry frag and do his thing, they have astronomically improved.
They have found an incredibly good sentinel player in sayf, the guy does not show up on the scoreboard but he ALWAYS maintains map control and looks like he knows what he is doing.
Leo and draken have become the fraggers who finish and clean up every single round.
But they still sometimes do questionable plays, the only reason i wouldn't bet on them to win every single matchup.
Fnatic-- Derke, kind of insane how good he is on the jett. He plays sova on bind too, his sage is nice. Mind blowing to see how consistent he with it.
On a serious note they have some insane utility usage to kind of hold and take map control especially in icebox.
Doma and derke are like these two brothers who run into war entrying and trading effectively.
One of the more well rounded teams in EMEA definitely. Glad they kept their trademark bind plays.
However, there is one big issue, they have some awareness issues, pretty much all of the rounds they lost against vitality on their way to EMEA qualification was because they were unaware.
But this comes with some time and one of the best teams to definitely keep an eye on in the international stage.
This team is young too. Interested to see how it plays out in a LAN environment.
