Ranking each team in playoffs (imo)

1 - 8 (with 1 being most favored team to win it all and 8 being the least favored team)

1. Team Heretics (based off this years resume - beat tournament favourites in GENG and made it to the grand finals in Shanghai)
2. G2 Esports (based off group stage performances and performances in Shanghai, losing out to only TH and GENG)
3. Sentinels (putting them up here based off there dominance against GENG, you could also put FNATIC up here as well)
4. FNATIC (the most dominant superteam from last year, on paper they have the most stacked roster but could also drop out based off their current lackluster season)
5. DRX (could win it all, but also continue the team's legacy of not showing up in playoffs while dominating groups)
6. LEVIATAN (have a team constructed with players who have been here before (C0M and aspas, but haven't been the most consistent)
7. EDward Gaming (around the same level of favourites as DRX and LEV, have an experienced core that has been to champs but havent had a super convincing playoffs from their previous champs performances)
8. Trace Esports (first year for this roster in champs so no expectations for them - could make a couple big upsets to continue the cinderella run like ZETA but could crash out of playoffs)

disagree with LEV below DRX, DRX look good but this is their first international showing with their roster and beating fnatic currently doesn't mean that much. They're making alfajer play fucking initiator ffs.

I think LEV is overall better and more experienced.

DRX showed up in pacific playoffs while not having a great group stage. In stage 1 they showed up in group stage but choked shanghai qualification
