I have seen these "girls" (they are not girls, probably dudes farming content) give the most obvious tweets like "boys deserve love too", "boys friendship is something else" to make you believe that they are these perfect girls you want to follow.
For one, they are not. For two if you are, that's a weird way to bait interactions
