idk i am just guessing dont bash me for this but i think they want them as vlt's coaches?
Why would they be a coach, when they could earn much more money as a player in a more competitive region?

Bro they are tagging fns coz he last time helped global eSports so he can do it this time too(although he is busy with champions) and steel coz he Is an free agent like shinobi was and so he can be coach (but I haven't tagged anybody but I guess this is the reason others are tagging him)
because vlt is ready to pay them that's why they are asking for master's & champions experienced guys only.
FNS plays for a top 3 NA team. No shot he would leave Envy to be a coach in India
VLT's main goal is to represent indian region on an international stage at the highest level and hopefully win a trophy within 5 years.
FNS helped GE to get shinobi as coach so they may be they are expecting to get help in hiring a good coach ig
