Ok then I will explain it.
Black human is smoking blunt in his car while in the middle of the road and recording. After he takes a hit of the blunt he opens the window and passes it to the person next to him on the road. The person he passes it to turns out to be zekken. Zekken then takes a hit of the blunt and drives off.
Zellsis confirmed it was zekken in the replies.

It's a joke if you couldn't tell. If you looked at the tweet you can tell it isn't zekken. Zellsis literally replied with @zekken signifying that Zellsis is making a joke that zekken smokes.
