Why is Phoenix pick rate so low in Pro play?

other agents do his job better, he is still decent tho, he is to selfish as an agent atm and cant really support mates

Phoenix has a very outdated kit. so it is not chosen, in the pro setting. jett, reyna and raze are very good agents with a great kit to get kills ( sorry for my bad english )

because hes a worse skye

Skye & Viper meta negates him a bit.

Phoenix has flash that everyone could dodge, he has wall that is not a viper wall, he has molly that is not a brimstone molly. Even his ultimate is not good enough (very expensive for info, obvious for push, and also dangerous to be free killed or the neccessity of additional player to carry ur body). All being said, in comparison to other duelists except Yoru, he is almost out of the meta, game, ranked etc. First subsitution of Phoenix was Skye, after her nerf making her flashes completelly useless, seems like Kayo will substitute both of them generally becasue in some ways he is just better agent. In ranked you will never see Phoenix's high peek rate too if you play at least on Diamond lobby.
