Champions group seeding rules

Like is it one team from every region according to the position they had in their regional split 2?
Like for example of a group
Americas 1st placed team
China 2nd placed team
EMEA third places team
Pacific fourth placed team
Or are the seedings like really random?

I believe it will be in ballz
All top 1 in bowl
2 in another, 3 in another and 4th in another

Then they will pick up 1 ball from each bowl making 4 groups

Weakest group is probably then:
1st China
2nd Emea
3rd Americas
4rd Pacific
