VCT Relegation

In my opinion, VCT relegation should be a thing for all teams and here is how I believe it should work-

12 Teams per IL league
Bottom two teams starting next year will be forced to go to ascension (However, for newly added teams they get a one year free be. It doesn't matter if they're bottom 2, as long as they are a recently added team) this would give teams a year to adjust, make changes and improve there team inside of the league.

Relegation will apply to Promotion and Ascension teams (Nobody wants to see MiBr go 1-10 next year and not be relegated)

Finally, for teams that have already been in the league and win Ascension, those teams do not get that bye year as they have already been in the league and this applies to all organizations that have previously been in and IL league (Unless they change region)

If a team withdraws from an IL league, its up to the players to agree to sign to another org or be forced to get relegated out, this would mean two teams+ amount of unsigned teams

This is just my concept, some might agree, some might not, at the end of the day its just my opinion and it may not be right or wrong

cs2 will be more attractive in 2y with open system.
