Dude the thing is ill he holding an angle and then i get skye flashed sooo fast its soo hard to doge and then the skye flashes again when im blind and when im blind breach spams his flashes at me when im blind and then kayo did too so i was blind for soooooooooooo long

when i first installed it i had constant 60 fps it was soo smooth but gradually it kept getting lower and lower and idk now its just unplayable for me

laptop tends to overheat maybe its thermal throttling. Open it and clean it or go to a store and have it checked. Also, update your drivers. It would be too long if I explain everything here so just google about slow laptops and how to fix it. plus how old is your laptop? if its 4-5yrs maybe getting a new one would be the best option.

my laptop really slow then i use windows antivirus and found a lot of virus lmao, after that clean the pc 3x faster. maybe u should try that too. took me 12 hours to clean all that stuff

it was the same for me even in 1600x900 res until I opened my laptop, cleaned it and did thermal pasting and now i get constant 60 even in native res
