Can't Redeem Valorant Points

Everytime I click on the VP symbol in the top right, I see a gray loading circle and then the screen goes black

Anyone know how to fix this?

might be a problem with payment where ure located

try instead of clicking a VP symbol on the top right click the gun u want to buy and buy directly then put the code in
try restarting or something

if you already tried exiting out and loading back into valorant, the only thing i can suggest is to go into the riot games client, and go into the settings and click the valorant section, you should see something that says something like scan corrupt files or something about corrupt files, click that and see what it says

have you tried reaching out to support? I imagine if you tell them you arent able to give them money they will expedite your ticket
